Kate has worked in Merchandising for over 20 years and in Ecommerce for the last 10 years. Currently as EVP Global Ecommerce/Internet for Tommy Hilfiger, Kate is charged with developing a global team, process and infrastructure to capitalize on the Tommy brand in Europe, US and beyond. She leads an international team covering merchandising, planning, marketing, operations, site development and build. The goals of tommy.com are to appreciatively represent the brand, drive sales through the website and drive traffic to the 300+ worldwide Tommy Hilfiger stores. Prior to joining Tommy Kate was DVP Internet at Coach Leathergoods in the US.
While at Coach Kate and her team updated the website in look and feel, improved the user interface, upgraded the platform, and enhanced the product assortment all driving to more profitable sales. Before Coach, Kate worked at Kate Spade launching katespade.com and heading up Licensing. She was part of the initial launch team of polo.com at Polo Ralph Lauren and also worked for Martha Stewart, Revlon and Banana Republic.
Kate earned her MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley and an undergraduate degree from Bucknell University with majors in Psychology and Art. She has four children and recently relocated to Amsterdam from NY.
