Biography

Paul Nijhof (Ir) joined Wehkamp bv in 2000 as member of the Wehkamp Board, responsible for Customer Services and Operations.

He previously worked a/o for NUON, as Managing Director for several divisions: Calortex, as Customer Operations Director and Hoogovens Groep.
In 2006 Paul was appointed Director of Wehkamp Finance bv (consumer credit and financial services), in addition to his position within Wehkamp bv. In 2007 Paul became the CEO of RFS Holland Holding Group, with the overall responsibility for Wehkamp bv. (Retail and Finance).
RFS Holland Holding bv is part of Private Investor Industri Kapital.


KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:

• Improvement of customer satisfaction at Wehkamp from moderate to best in its class in three years
• Substantial sales growth (double digit) of consumer finance products;
• Substantial efficiency improvement in the Operations of Wehkamp
