Over the last audited semester Jan/June 2009, internet sales grew by + 25%, from € 9 bn up to € 11,3 bn. Over the same 6 month period, retail sales declined by -2,5%.” Francois will give you more facts and figures in his opening presentation on Tuesday morning.
