Kelly Mooney is the President and Chief Experience Officer of Resource Interactive, a leading interactive marketing services firm - recently named to Adweek's 2004 Top 50 Interactive Agencies List. With nearly 20 years of experience, Mooney has researched, created, and evangelized ideal customer experiences both on and offline. At Resource Interactive, she oversees strategy, design, and development services for clients including Victoria's Secret, Bath and Body Works, 1-800-FLOWERS.com, Target, Reebok, Restoration Hardware, Wendy's, and Hewlett-Packard. A well-known authority on consumer insights, Mooney is co-author of the best-selling book, The Ten Demandments. Mooney has been widely quoted and featured in print media including TheWall Street Journal, Fortune, Inc., Time , Fast Company, People, USA Today, and on NPR, CNN, and CBS. Prior to joining Resource Interactive, Mooney was Vice President
